Established 25 years ago by ERC, the program's mission is to promote the region as a premier destination for companies and high-performing individuals. As part of the rigorous selection process, NorthCoast 99 winners provided comprehensive insights into their strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining high-caliber employees.
